Contact & report a problem

Contact Free Games about a game bug, content correction or rights question. Include the page address and details that help us check the issue.

Email [email protected]. That single address handles broken games, content corrections, accessibility problems and rights questions. There is no contact form, no phone line and no live chat. Free Games is a small publisher, so a clear email gets a faster answer than a short one.

What to write about

Write about anything on this domain: a game, a guide, a category page or the site itself. Three kinds of message are the most common.

A game that will not start or misbehaves

Tell us which game and what happened. A blank board, a control that does nothing, a score that resets or audio that will not mute are all worth reporting. Games in the browser skill collection depend on precise timing, so describe what the game did rather than only how it felt.

A correction to a guide or a game page

If a rule on a page does not match the game you played, say so. Point at the passage. A reproducible example carries the most weight, such as a Minesweeper board where the described clue reading fails. Corrections are treated as editorial work, not complaints.

Rights and permissions

For a rights request, identify the work, name the exact page address it appears on, and give us a way to contact you. Our editions are described as independent browser adaptations and are not presented as any publisher’s official release.

What to include so the reply is useful

Most slow replies are caused by a missing detail. The following list covers almost every game problem.

A checklist for a game report

  • The page address, for example the one shown in your browser bar on the Sudoku page.
  • Your browser and its version, such as Safari 18 or Firefox 130.
  • Your device and input method: desktop keyboard, phone touchscreen or tablet.
  • What you expected to happen, in one sentence.
  • The exact steps that led to the problem, in order.
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.

What to leave out

Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or anything else sensitive. We never need them. Email is not a secure channel, and our privacy policy explains how message content is handled by your provider and ours.

What response to expect

A person reads every message. You will get a reply that either explains the behavior, confirms a fix is planned, or tells you the report cannot be reproduced. We do not send automated ticket numbers, and we do not add your address to a mailing list.

Reports that lead to a change

A confirmed rule error is corrected on the page, and the page date changes with it. A confirmed bug is fixed in the game code. Accessibility reports are welcome and useful. If you tell us which control was hard to use and on which device, we can test the same combination. The accessibility page lists the features that already exist.

What we cannot help with

We do not provide accounts beyond optional Google sign-in, payments, downloadable installers or customer support for other publishers’ games. We cannot recover a personal best that disappeared after browser data was cleared, because those records only ever existed on your device. While you wait for a reply, the game library and the playbook stay open, and the editorial policy explains how we treat a correction.
